How does it work?

1.If you are offered a lower price within 48 hours of booking with Alaska Cruisetours Online, a division of Travel Direct Corporation, call us at 800.365.1445.

2. Provide us with the proper details. It must be a price for the same exact cruisetour (same ship, sailing/departure dates, cabin category, cruise tour number and all optional components such as transfers, airfare, meal packages etc.) that you purchased from us. The "Best Price Guarantee" applies only to rates available to the general public. Offer does not apply to rates advertised for group bookings.

3. A Cruise Travel Advisor will review the details. If the lower rate is still available to us from the cruise line, subject to the fine print below, you get it*!

You must have first purchased a cruisetour through us. Alaska Cruisetours Online, a division of Travel Direct Corporation
The lower rate must be given to you in the form of a legitimate written offer for the exact same cruisetour (same ship, sailing/departure dates, cabin category, cruise tour number and all optional components such as transfers, airfare, meal packages etc.) that you purchased through us.
The "Best Price Guarantee" applies only to cruisetours, not just a cruise only, and the rates must be available to the general public. It does not apply to consolidator, group, incentive, interline, meeting, or convention rates that are not available to the general public.
You must meet all requirements for the lower advertised rate (for example, residency requirements for regional specials, age-related discounts, etc.).
The "Best Price Guarantee" applies only to the cost of the cruisetour, including port charges. Airfare, shipboard credits, travel insurance, transfers, pre-or post cruise hotel stays, and sightseeing/shore excursions are not eligible. Taxes and fees, which vary by itinerary, are not included.
You must contact us to claim your refund prior to your sailing date and within 48 hours of your cruisetour purchase. Call us at 800-365-1445.
The lower rate must be available for booking from the cruise line at the time you contact us.
We reserve the right to refuse to offer the lower price should you not be able to provide us with positive written proof of a competitor's lower price offer.
Positive proof of a competitor's offer must be provided in the form of a formally written price quote, ( e-mailed or faxed to you, by the competitor ) and proof of a "Courtesy Hold" in your name with the exact same cruisetour components on record with the cruise line. The proof must have the cruise line's booking number noted on the offer given to you by a competitor. Verbal price quotes or price "shown" on web sites are not an acceptable proof of a legitimate offer.
We reserves the right to refuse the refund for any errors in prices by the competition.
If the cruise line honors the lower rate, the credit card used to purchase your cruise will be credited for the difference by the cruise line. Please allow at least one billing cycle for your refund to appear on your statement. If only a deposit has been made, then the final amount due will be adjusted, subject to the cruise line's approval to reflect the lower rate.
If we are unable to offer the same price and you placed a deposit with us, you can opt for a refund and book your cruise elsewhere provided your reservation is not subject to any cruise line imposed cancellation fees. Alaska Cruisetours Online will waive any of our booking fees should you decide to cancel your reservation. You are however, responsible for any cruise line imposed cancellation fees.
Price changes and adjustments cannot be made after final payment has been posted with the cruise line.
This "Best Price Guarantee" offer expires after 48 hours of your cruisetour purchase and is not valid after final payment has been made.
We reserves the right to modify or cancel the "Best Price Guarantee" at any time without prior notice.
